Because these products are delivered instantly via digital download or email, they cannot be taken back or “returned” once accessed or sent. After purchase, full access to the file is immediately granted, which makes refunds or exchanges impossible.

However, if there is a technical issue (for example, the file is damaged, incomplete, or not accessible), our support team will gladly assist by re-sending or repairing the file at no extra cost.
